Training and follow-up

Athlete feedback

Record your reflection, decide what to share and understand its states and actions.

Athletes; reading for authorized staff

The app is in Spanish. Spanish button names are kept in these guides so you can find them in the app.

Feedback is the athlete's reflection on training. It records what you noticed, what helped, where you struggled and what you want to check next session. You can write it for yourself and decide later whether to share it. App labels below stay in Spanish to match the current interface.

A reflection that remains yours

Athletes create and edit their own feedback. A coach can read what you publish and use it to follow your training, but cannot change your words. Feedback is neither a coach note nor an automatic assessment.

You do not need a long account. One specific observation is often more useful: “Today I rushed the exit after the second punch. When I waited a moment, I got out better. I want to repeat that on Thursday.”

The training date places the record in your history and connects it to plans covering that period. Return to it later from Activity.

Create feedback with text or audio

  1. In Actividad, choose Crear registro de actividad (create activity record).
  2. Set Fecha del entrenamiento (training date).
  3. Add a title if it helps you recognize the record; it is optional.
  4. Write in Tu feedback (your feedback) or use Grabar audio (record audio).
  5. Review the text and choose Guardar (save). A new record becomes Borrador (draft).
  6. Separately decide whether to Mantener privado (keep private) or Publicar (publish).

Speak as you would to an assistant

You can dictate what you want to remember and how to organize it: “Use Exits after the jab as the title. Make one list with these two things I improved and another with what I want to repeat.” AI prepares formatted text; check that it still says what you intended.

A feedback recording can last up to five minutes. It stays on your device before sending; after Enviar audio, the app processes it and applies the text to the record. Do not expect a separate accept-proposal step: reviewing means reading and, if needed, editing the result. See the audio guide for controls and recording problems.

Write and save

You can use headings, lists and tables. The writing guide explains the formatting tools. Saving written feedback requires content; a title alone does not replace the reflection.

Choose the training date, which is not necessarily the day you write. Check it before saving: on existing feedback the date is shown for reference and cannot be changed in the editor.

States: privacy and processing

Feedback has a privacy decision and, when you use voice, a processing state. These are separate: processing audio does not publish feedback for you.

Swipe to see all columns.

Privacy status Who can read it Next step
Borrador Only you. Keep editing, Mantener privado or Publicar.
Privado Only you. Keep editing or Publicar when ready to share.
Publicado You, club administrators and coaches or observers assigned to follow you. Keep editing or Retirar to stop sharing.

Mantener privado applies to a draft containing text. Publicar, also identified as Publicar al coach, works for either a draft or private feedback with content. It is not published to the internet or shared with other athletes.

To stop sharing published feedback, choose Retirar (withdraw) and confirm Retirar feedback. It returns directly to Borrador; feedback has no separate withdrawn status. You can then choose Mantener privado.

Audio indicator What it means What to do
Procesando Text is being prepared. Some actions wait for it to finish. Wait, or choose Actualizar estado if there is a problem retrieving the result.
Revisar Processing failed and needs attention. Open the record, review what was saved and continue typing if needed.
Guardados, in the processing filter The record has saved content. A later audio update may still be processing or may have failed. Also check the audio indicator in the detail and the record's privacy state.

Review and share with your coach

Before publishing, read the content as if you were saying it in person. Check dates, names, what actually happened and what is a feeling or question. Correct anything interpreted from audio that does not represent you.

Once published, authorized staff can read your feedback in their activity view. A coach or administrator can use it as a source for guidance addressed to you, when selecting the appropriate period and source group. Feedback in Borrador or Privado is excluded from staff reading and guidance sources.

Publishing feedback does not generate guidance automatically or imply an immediate reply. It provides context for the conversation with your coach.

Read what others have shared with you

Coach notes shown alongside your feedback are separate records. You can read a note published for you, but cannot edit it or change its status. Published guidance appears in Orientaciones and plans in Planes.

Correct, withdraw and manage drafts

Edit published feedback

You can correct the text and title. The training date cannot be changed when editing existing feedback. Guardar preserves the status: if it was Publicado, it remains shared. Text applied from audio also preserves that status and can replace the previous content. To work without sharing changes, withdraw the feedback before editing or sending another recording.

Only you can make these changes. Staff cannot publish, withdraw or edit feedback on your behalf.

What Retirar does

It removes feedback from shared reading and returns it to Borrador. It does not undo what someone has already read or automatically erase guidance previously written using that information. If guidance needs correcting, contact its author.

Delete an audio draft

During audio processing, Eliminar borrador (delete draft) may appear. After confirmation, it cancels the work; if this is a new record created for the audio, that draft is deleted. If the audio was updating existing feedback, its previous content is preserved. It is not a pause or a way to save audio for later.

The saved-feedback view does not provide a general action to delete any record. Retirar changes visibility, not existence. For questions about your data, use the help contact.

If something goes wrong

  • I cannot save or publish: check that there is text, a date is set and audio is no longer processing.
  • My coach cannot find it: check that it is Publicado, then check the date and filters. If these match, an administrator can review the coach–athlete assignment.
  • I am not ready to share: Borrador and Privado are visible only to you. Saving a new record does not publish it.
  • Audio fails: the previous content remains saved and you can edit it by hand. If sending failed and the editor retains the recording, try sending it again.
  • No audio allowance remains: you can continue typing. The audio guide explains the counter and renewal.
  • The record changed in another session: preserve any local text you need and reopen it before saving. Do not rely on recovering a local draft after closing the tab.
  • I cannot find an older record: check dates, content type, privacy filters and loaded pages in Activity.
