FighterLog guide
The FighterLog wiki: roles, activity, plans, notes, feedback, guidance, audio and club administration.
The app is in Spanish. Spanish button names are kept in these guides so you can find them in the app.
This wiki explains how to use the current FighterLog pilot, from first sign-in to reviewing a training period. Choose a topic to find its steps, permissions, states and common solutions. You can read all the help without signing in. The application is in Spanish; these guides retain the actual Spanish control labels.
Understand FighterLog
Before creating records, understand your workspace and who can read what you share.
- Getting started with FighterLog: pilot access, first sign-in and first actions.
- Roles and permissions: what an athlete, coach, observer or administrator can do, and how assignments affect access.
- Privacy and publishing: who sees each content type and what sharing means.
Published does not mean public on the Internet. Each record has an authorized audience. Private athlete feedback and an internal coach note follow different rules.
Training and follow-up
Each record type has a purpose. Its guide explains its states and actions separately.
Swipe to see all columns.
| Topic | Purpose | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Activity | Find records by athlete, date or type and open their details. | Browse training activity |
| Plans | Give a training period and its recipients context and a focus. | Create, publish and read plans |
| Coach notes | Keep observations, save them privately or share them with their athletes. | Notes and their states |
| Athlete feedback | Reflect on training and choose what to keep private or share. | Feedback and privacy |
| Guidance | Prepare instructions for an athlete and period, manually or with help from available sources. | Prepare and publish guidance |
A typical sequence is plan → training → notes and feedback → history review → guidance → next plan. The steps are optional and are not carried out automatically: each person retains their decisions and permissions.
Tools and settings
These guides cover shared tools. To understand who sees a record, return to the guide for its content type.
- Audio and spoken instructions: record, send, review the result, recover from errors and understand the allowance.
- Writing and Markdown: headings, lists, tables, preview and saving.
- Profile and preferences: name, avatar, appearance and customization available to your role.
Procesando (processing) indicates audio or AI work, not a publication decision. Check the record's own state as well.
Club administration
Administer your club brings together administrator procedures: adding people, assigning relationships, maintaining categories, managing access, offboarding and returns, and distributing the available audio allowance.
Being an administrator does not grant access to an athlete's private feedback or another author's guidance.

Resolve a question
Each guide ends with common problems. If you cannot find a record, start with its filters, recipients and state. If a person or action is missing, check your role and assignments with club administration.
