Continuity between training sessions

What you learn today.
Where you start tomorrow.

Training happens away from a desk. Use your voice to capture what just happened, shape it with AI assistance and keep the context that helps you move forward.

A closed pilot today. A vision that reaches beyond a single sport.

Vision · built for where you train

Your voice, while it is still fresh.

Beside the ring or at the end of a session, your phone is a working tool. Speak to capture your observations; AI helps transcribe and compose a draft you can review and make your own.

Give formatting instructions in the recording itself: “Add a heading, list what I have improved, and organize these exercises in a table.” AI shapes what you dictated using Markdown. You can review and edit the result without having to type the syntax.

Bring what you observe closer to what you keep. The judgment stays yours.

Reflection is part of training, too.

There is more to it than saving notes. Taking a moment after training helps athletes and coaches put their experience into words.

  1. Return to what just happened. What did you feel? What changed? What do you want to remember? Reflect after the session, while the experience is still fresh.
  2. Give it shape with your voice. Speak to it like an assistant: “Organize these observations into a list and put the exercises in a table.” Dictate the content and how you want it presented; AI prepares a formatted draft for you to review.
  3. Build a lasting training record. Connect experiences across sessions. Guidance helps you see the history in perspective and decide what to work on next.

Progress · continuity between sessions

Turn what you learn into your next step.

Progress takes perspective. Connect the training plan with coach notes and athlete feedback; return to that history to prepare what comes next.

Keep the context

Plans give training a focus. Notes and feedback capture what happened: the session’s priorities, difficulties and changes worth remembering.

Recognize patterns with guidance

Bring together the available sources for an athlete and a period. AI helps connect observations, identify recurring themes and prepare a draft for the coach to check and edit.

Keep the work moving forward

Share reviewed guidance and use it to inform the next plan. In later sessions, return to notes and reflections to see what has changed.

Your judgment gives the history meaning. The coach chooses which sources to use and which guidance to publish. Private athlete feedback is excluded from generation; changes are considered in context, without an automatic score.

Starting in combat sports. Looking beyond them.

The first pilot focuses on combat sports. The vision is to support athletes and coaches across disciplines: reflect after training, preserve what you learned and return to it with perspective. That journey starts by learning from real use.
