Training and follow-up

Browse training activity

Find records, use filters and read their details and training context.

All roles

The app is in Spanish. Spanish button names are kept in these guides so you can find them in the app.

Actividad (activity) brings training records together by date so you can revisit what happened, read it in context and continue coaching. The collection combines athlete feedback and coach notes. Plans and guidance have their own sections: they are not types of feedback. The pilot's controls currently use Spanish labels.

Understand what appears in Activity

One collection, different audiences

  • Athlete: your own feedback, including drafts and private records, plus notes the coach has published for you. You can edit your feedback; received notes are read-only.
  • Coach: feedback published to staff by your assigned athletes and notes accessible through their recipients. You can create and manage notes within your authorized scope.
  • Administrator: authorized club activity, with permission to manage notes. Athletes' private feedback remains excluded.
  • Observer: feedback published to staff and published notes for your assigned athletes. Internal coach notes and editing controls do not appear.

Each row identifies the record type, date, person or recipients, title and a text excerpt. Several records can share a date; each keeps its own identity and states.

Publishing state explains who can read a record. Processing state explains whether an audio recording is becoming text or needs attention. A “saved” record is not necessarily “published.” See Feedback and Coach notes for their complete lifecycles.

Find a record

Type, search and period

  1. Open Actividad. If you arrived from an athlete's detail or a plan, check whether the view is already limited to that athlete or period.
  2. Choose Todo (all), Feedback or Notas (notes).
  3. Use Buscar actividad (search activity). In the staff view, you can locate activity by athlete; do not assume this field searches every word in a record's body.
  4. Adjust Filtrar actividad por periodo or Filtrar tu actividad por periodo (filter activity by period). These are training or session dates, not the date you opened the app.
  5. Open Organizar actividad or Organizar tu actividad (organize activity) to change filters and order. Smaller screens group some controls in this menu.

You can order records from newest or oldest. To broaden your search, clear its text, return to Todo and remove the period until Cualquier fecha (any date) appears. Use Cargar más (load more) when available: the initial results may not contain the entire history.

Athlete filters

Privacidad del feedback (feedback privacy) offers Todos, Borradores, Privados and Publicados (all, drafts, private and published). Procesamiento del feedback (feedback processing) offers Todos, Guardados, Procesando and Revisar (all, saved, processing and review). These are separate dimensions: one governs visibility; the other helps find pending work or audio errors.

These filters concern feedback; they do not change the audience of a received note. Choose Feedback to focus on your records.

Staff note filters

Coaches and administrators can filter notes by Todos los estados, Borradores or Publicadas (all states, drafts or published). A draft is private to its author. Observers can only read published notes within their scope.

Filters narrow the results; they never grant additional permissions. If a coaching assignment ends, broadening the filters does not restore access.

Open details and work with a record

Select a row to read its full text, including headings, lists and tables. Check the date, author or recipients and state indicators before editing or sharing.

On desktop, the list and detail appear together. Adjust the divider to give the text more space. On mobile, details open in their own view; use the back action to return to the collection. Secondary controls may appear in the record's actions menu.

Reading and editing are different permissions

  • Athlete feedback is read-only for staff. A coach cannot correct it on the athlete's behalf; they can write a separate note.
  • Published notes received by an athlete or read by an observer are read-only.
  • If you can edit a note, check its recipients. Changing a note addressed to several people requires permission for every recipient.
  • While audio is processing, the app shows its state and limits incompatible actions. Do not create a duplicate simply because the text is taking time to appear.

Saving, publishing, returning to draft, withdrawing and deleting depend on the record type. Read its guide before using those actions: feedback, notes or audio. If you have unsaved changes, resolve the editor's confirmation before switching records.

Connect activity with its plans

Ver plan (view plan) opens a published plan matching the athlete and activity date. When several plans apply, the app identifies them by title so you can choose. You do not need to publish feedback again for a plan covering its period to provide context.

If Ver planes (view plans) is disabled, there may be no published plan applicable to that date. Note actions may also offer Ver planes de este día (view this day's plans), which opens the plans view for that day.

A plan describes the intended work for a period; a note or feedback records what happened. Guidance brings together reviewed conclusions for an athlete over a period. See Plans and Guidance to create and publish each without confusing their states with activity states.

If activity or an action is missing

  • Aún no hay actividad (no activity yet): create your first feedback if you are an athlete, or wait for authorized content. Staff cannot check whether an athlete has private feedback.
  • No hay actividad en este alcance (no activity in this scope): review type, search, period, selected athlete and state filters. Load more results if offered.
  • A previously visible record is missing: it may have been withdrawn, deleted if it was a draft, moved to another date or placed outside your current assignments. Check with its author or club administration as appropriate.
  • Editar (edit) is missing: check your role, feedback ownership, note recipients and whether audio is processing. Being able to read a record does not imply permission to edit it.
  • The collection or next page will not load: use Reintentar (retry). Failure to load more results does not mean saved records were lost.
  • Guidance is missing: find it in its own section. Observers do not have access to guidance; it is not a note in the activity collection.
